Cde Ndinisa The National Lekgotla is in fact a National Committee meeting extended to a determined number of PEC members and District Secretaries. Amongst its objectives is to get the widest possible consultation with regards to the POA the organisation will be working towards for any given year. So on the basis of it being an extention of the National Committee meeting, it does qualify to take decisions (except electing) between Congress, just as the National Council.
