Nevertheless, I believe the PYA must sit down and resolve on this matter because YLCSA also contests at other institutions, don't act as if the ANCYL is bedeviling the PYA . . South Africa as a developing country which still lacks some skills and quality to improve, which will lead us to the status of a developed country, attainment of such a character requires education as a building block with balanced implementable vision. We require an academic excellent generation with determined instincts to pursue our generational mission as a country in the creation of economically viable communities, where government is less depended on. The learning and teaching commitment during the learning year 2012 has finally paid up though results to this end are not yet satisfying. Our schools duly requires members of the society to assist in the reinstalling of the culture of learning and furthermore ensure that our schools are not reduced to areas of intimacy above everything, considering the teenage pregnancy expanding rate, the deteriorating moral relation between learners and teachers, the vandalism to school property, looting of school furniture and dodging of classes mainly orchestrated by drug abuse and child labour. We have observed copious children at the ages befitting to go to school, peripatetic in our streets, dirty without respect to adults and unable to passably read or write. Our concerns are based on the outfit which later start initiating housebreaks and associating with random crime which leaves our communities dangerous. The life lived without ability to read or write leaves us vulnerable to underdevelopment. Considering the growing magnitude of illiteracy and all the dangers it havens, it is important for all structures in the society to build coalition along with the South African Police Services, to ensure that every child due to go to school is made to, and monitoring measures are put in place throughout the year to ensure that these children do not default from attending school. The ANCYL Limpopo, as it welcomes the sterling performance in percentages of grade twelve learners across the country and in the Limpopo Province, also feel it is imperative for Student Formations at Universities particularly the South African Student Congress (SASCO) and our branches of the ANCYL to ensure that the admission and registration of students is not made problematic. They should ensure that aiding offices are accessible at all times. We wish every learner including those that did not make it well, and further urge them to continue working hard as the improvement of their socio economic statuses are dependant on them not anybody else. We as well insist on the Department of Education to budget more on Compensation of Employees in order to appoint more teachers, and also build quality schools to avoid depressing learning and teaching environments. The African National Congress Youth League Limpopo, is making a call to the private sector to help with bursaries and donation of school uniforms and stationery to all disadvantaged learners and adopt needy schools and orphanages.
