NERSA Public Hearing Schedule for 2013 ESKOM’s Proposed Revenue Application-Multi-Year Price Determination 2013/2014 to 2017/2018 [MYPD 3] National Energy Regulation of South Africa Notice on the Public Hearing on ESKOM’s Proposed Revenue Application-Multi-Year Price Determination 2013/2014 to 2017/2018 [MYPD 3] NERSA has announced the plan [dates and venues] to conduct public hearings on ESKOM’S Application for the Third Multi-Year Price Determination [MYPD3]. Eskom has applied for an average price increase of 16% for each of the five years of the MYPD3 from 2013/14 to 2017/18. The Public Hearings will be conducted in all Provinces from 15th-31st January 2013. This is in line with NERSA’s commitment to being transparent and broadening public participation in its decision making process.
