Giving his wealth to "The National Democratic Revolutionary Government" can't immediately help but benefit the few that corrupts or got corrupted by the National Treasury as a source.
He knows how he got his hands to such wealth and what might happen to it if given government as it will make yet another multi billionaire, he obviously know how he 'l equally get it back once he gave it to charity or NGOs. I agree with former speakers or writers that he is not genuine but does the sharing for a particular intention. I also agree with those that says why doesn't he give it to those he exploits to get all his wealth, who are workers But giving it to what you term as "The National Democratic Revolutionary Government" apart from it will be subjected to loot vulnerability, it will be a teaspOon drop in an Ocean. NGOs can better account for every use, and such a distribution wiLl add more value in his tax evasion journey as practiced by many established companies. . .
