Buti Manamela to address NUM 's Organisational building lecture The National Union of Mineworkers (NUM) will tomorrow hold an organisational building lecture which will be addressed by Young Communist League (YCL) National Secretary and MP Buti Manamela. The lecture is a series of organisational lectures scheduled to take place this year as part of the NUM 's organisational building initiative.
