Comrade Maviyo,

I had little time in the past week to appreciate the theoritical contribution
you make in the industry of knowledge.

Your report to Cde Chris deserves to be adopted by the alliance. All alliance
components should develop recommendations that will be put in pragmatic action
plans so that when we report to Cde Chris again, the situation should have
improved.

You have summarised the moribund state of our politics. You have diagnosed our
political storms and hails. You have exposed the collapse of the ANC's mass
character, the SACP's vanguard character and reformist unionism. Your report
came at the right time.

Majority of our masses are in dire need of political education. Our hope lies
with the patronised youth and corrupted professionals. An supreme or rather
celestial intervention is sought. You really touched my soul with this piece.

Amandla!!!

Subject: [YCLSA Discussion] A REPORT TO COMMANDER CHRIS

A REPORT BACK TO CHRIS HANI
Commander, a communist, a servant of the people and a patriot; it is just after
a good Friday in South Africa where by the majority of our people were in
prayers asking for forgiveness and I hope together with Jesus you heard them
talking about their difficulties of poverty, unemployment and the inequalities.
Hope you heard them praying for their stolen political home, their beloved ANC
to be returned to the people. I know you have observed the ruling class and the
capitalist enjoying the sweat of the working class and the poor by making
offerings to the pastors and the church; praying for them to make more money by
oppressing the working class and the poor whom the majority remained the black
and to continue making money through corruption.
Commander I would like to report to you that the majority of our pastors have
abandoned the poor; I read about you as a Christian and maybe you were
surprised why there was no prayer dedicated to the fight against corruption?
Maybe Jesus has asked you why your people and your comrades do not ask for
forgiveness. The answer is simple it acceptable in our society to steal from
the poor; even our churches elevates those who steal from the public coffers,
those who build poor quality houses for our people and etc. Hope one day Jesus
will send down the holly spirits and our beloved South Africa will be saved.
Chief of staff, I call you that because you deserve and you earned it. Today
everybody is a chief any way I do not know the meaning but it seems is the way
we have to respect those who have money and power. Comrade Chris after your
forced departure South Africa was divided into nine pseudo federal state with
one independent state of the Western Cape. I am reporting from Mpumalanga
former Eastern Transvaal, commander I would like to inform you that the ANC and
the PARTY has grown and hope will appreciate that, as a person who believed in
democracy, ground work, building and producing prepared cadres for the future
of the PARTY and ANC you might be disappointed about the state of readiness of
our comrades to lead the movement and the state. Commander, the ANC cannot
account for them; 80% are not known in the MDM meaning their struggle
credentials is not traceable and some of them are a disgrace and a liability to
the movement but unfortunately they are
leading your ANC and your PARTY. Commander Chris you made us to believe in the
MK cadres as a prepared cadre politico-military for any situation, we believed
that MK members are prepared to defend the ANC and its principle and ready to
pay the highest maximum price which is dead in defending the movement but I
regret to inform you commander that your soldiers are today a laughing stock
for those in power, your soldiers symbolises poverty and they are surviving on
charity and to do dirty work for the elite. Commander some of your soldiers
facilitated the takeover of the ANC at Ehlanzeni, they removed nomination forms
of the branches from nomination box preventing the congress to go to voting;
they stood against all the democratic principles you stood for. The majority of
your soldiers are nowhere to be found in the ANC and the PARTY.
Communist your PARTY in the province has spent its term of office fighting an
individual instead of doing its groundwork and assisting the ANC to build a new
cadre who can do ground work, analyse and fight corruption in our province and
country. Our PARTY today is a praise singer, no engagement, leading with terror
and fear of charging and dismissing people and disbanding structures based on
lies, insinuation and feelings about individuals. The PARTY of engagement and
analysing is vanishing and the PARTY of power is taking over. Communist your
PARTY in our province is going to a congress and we hope for the better because
the PARTY is the only hope for the majority of the poor and the unemployed;
especially the unemployed youth.
Servant of the people, in your last interview you spoke about the challenges
facing the ANC as it prepares to take power; you were concerned about the level
of corruption in the state. Commissar you were spot on, the enemy of the people
today is corruption which is tearing your movement apart. In my province
Mpumalanga at least is no longer a taboo to talk about corruption; those who
are in power have started to talk about it and promised to tackle it. There are
those who stole the money for water boreholes for poor rural and farming
communities are still walking freely, those who are next or close to power are
untouchable they speak openly about their wealth which they never worked for,
usually their achievements forms part of the political input in your movement.
Commissar this is a report about my province.
Comrade Chris education and health remained the privilege of the elite and the
capitalist. Poor quality education is for the working class children, the kids
of our leaders do not use public schools. Poverty is just recycled by the
system from one generation to another. No leader of the people has died in a
public health institution, no leader attends to a public health centre for
his/her ailments; the public centre is only reserved for the working class and
the poor. Commissar the majority of the working class professionals have been
co opted by the ruling elite and the capitalist class, they are called the
middle class. The middle class survive on credit, it is indebted they own
nothing; they work for the banks. The few who owns properties got them through
corruption, the majority of comrades are trapped in this arrangement commissar
they better sell the soul of the movement and the people in order to protect
their privileged jobs and their bonds. The
majority of these professionals are being used to commit crime and corruption
in the state and they are rewarded with higher post and in some instances with
positions in the ANC.
Comrade Chris the state of the left in South Africa is painful. There is
disunity amongst the left forces, fighting each other in the media, labelling
each other. The nationalist and the capitalist have consolidated in the ANC,
communist in the leadership of the ANC are there due to their good relationship
with certain nationalist or faction not as a product of the ground work with
our people. You said the Party must work with NGO’s and other community
formation in tackling issues affecting our society, today we have a common
enemy which is corruption and the comrades who are working with the NGO’s are
labelled as ANARCHIST, LEFTIST with liberal agenda. Commander if you question
our leaders today you become the enemy of the state and it will unleash its
effective suppressive machinery namely SARS and the HAWKS.
Chief of staff you were concerned about the dominance of the US in the world
politics as the only super power after the collapse of the USSR, indeed the US
has threatened us (SA) with sanctions if we continue to trade with Iran and we
have given to it. As I write to you the petrol price in SA is killing the
masses,  transport and food prices have dramatically increased in response to
the petrol price and no one condemns the US.
Commander, communist, servant of the people it has been 20 years since you were
taken from us, there are a lot of young people who want to be like you, who
want to serve SA but they lack courage and guidance because we are no longer
having volunteers in the movement and the majority of our leaders are not
inspiring us to join politics and to serve our nation. In 20 years there are a
lot of achievement commander; the democratic state does have tangible
achievement which is being appreciated by our people. There are few individuals
in power who are tarnishing the name of our beloved ANC, as a corrupt and
incompetent organisation that cannot run the state just because of their greed.
Tell Jesus that his Devine intervention will be welcomed even by permanently
removing some of the thieves from the ANC and SA.
Yours in the struggle for a better SA
Maviyo Ndinisa (FORMER YCL MP PROVINCIAL SPOKESPERSON, FORMER SACP PHILLIP
RADEBE (Ehlanzeni) DEC MEMBER)
