10 October 2013 ANC President to open the Chinese Arch The President of the African National Congress, Comrade Jacob Zuma, will officially open the Chinese Arch tomorrow in Johannesburg. The Chinese Arch represents a contribution to the cultural diversity of Johannesburg and South Africa and has been made possible by donations from community members. Amongst the attendees of the opening will be ANC Treasurer General, Comrade Zweli Mkhize, Gauteng Premier, Officials of Chinese Embassy and General Consulate, SA Chinese Community representatives, and the ANC PBF Co Convenors.
