Who said it was a "hit and run"? This statement from the firm says that Mr Moepi was fatally shot at the firm's Houghton office.
Reports from SAPA suggest that it was a "hit", which is not the same as a "hit and run". A "hit" means an assassination or a contract killing, where the man would have been deliberately targeted and shot. The same SAPA report says that four men in a Golf followed Moepi to his offices and shot him there. It says that nothing was stolen. This is a very serious event.
