THE OFFIAL MEDIA RELEASE OF ANCYL RTT OF BOJANALA

The RTT had to be convened yesterday 07th November under political guide
of PTT Member Comrade Tsotso Tlhapi who remains Bojanala structural
deployee. The RTT reflected on the political direction which ANC is
taking towards the PGC and 2014 National Elections which such led the
meeting to assess ANC Resolves pertaining to the current regional
political landscape and the worrying some conduct of ANC Deployees in
government, however much deliberations were on progress made on the
rebuilding of ANCYL and indeed progress has been registered.

1) ON SUB-REGIONAL REPORTS

a) Rustenburg Sub-Region

Out of 38 branches to establish Branch Task Team's we can report that 17
BTT's were installed which some of logistic challenges were realized
which commitment was done to establish BTT's by closing business of next
week tuesday.

b) Moses Kotane Sub-Region

23 BTT's structures were established including special Branch at Orbit
Mankwe College which thus far recruitment is satisfactory and ready for
fully constitutionality of the structures.

c) Madibeng Sub-Region

in Madibeng an attempt of parrallel braches was witnes in ward 5, 6 and
19 which were undanced by Cde Joshua Mokoena which was never deployed
anywhere due to same ill character levelle against his leadership.
Madibeng is only left with nine (9) branches to establish BTT which 27
including special Branch in Orbit Brits Campus.

d) Moretele Sub-Region

This was ever readily sub-region which was reported out of 28 branches
all went through NTT guidelines on the establishment of BTT and further
membership banked per membership requirements and they are readily for
launching.

e) Kgetleng Sub-Region

Manageable but streching out sub-region, branches were visited and
informed under one roof of whould would unfold on the RTT Program and
was accepted which following day interactions with membership prevail
for none than establishment of BTT's which was done successful in all 6
branches.

2) ON MARIKANA-THARISA ECONOMIC MARCH

ANCYL observed moment of silent while reconnecting with Lincoln Morgan
vision in line with the twin task of the ANCYL. We have noted that that
Tharisa Management ought to reduce our march to some sort of colour
parade since till today they havent responded to memorandum call of
feedbacking nor report back on all aspects raised in memorandum. it was
then agreed as follows;

a) That letter be drafted to inform both Tharisa and Rustenburg
Municipality that on the 13th November the entire RTT demands to sit
down with both management and not tea ladies and garden boys but high
level management.

b) That having submitted report to ANC REC Leadership of another
councilor whom have seen to be sympathetic to newly emerged party be
suspended also informed by rupture which he almost caused during march.

c) That all stakeholders be involved to ensure that a broader forum is
established based on merits than for any opportunistic moves by hynas.

3) POLITICAL WORKSHOPS

It was again resolved that all Sub-Regions should hold one central
political workshop to further on the mandate of NTT Guidelines on the
establishment of branches so we have pre-conference workshop informed by
political consciousness since we on mission for branch reinvigoration.

a) Moses Kotane & Rustenburg dated 15 Nov 2013
b) Madibeng & Moretele dated 16 Nov 2013
c) Kgetlheng dated 17 Nov 2013

4) SUSPENSION OF CDE JOSHUA

Since the inception of of the current RTT Cde Joshua acted in
uncomradely maner towards his fellow and superior leadership. some have
already recieved death threats in structural meeting of the ANCYL, it
was again reported that he also sow serious division against the
collective programme of establishing the BTT's by randomly and parallel
atempts of establishing BTT structures across the entire region which we
give account that Joshua Mokoena is on provisional suspention pending
finalization on his matter.

5) ON ELECTIONS & DEPLOYMENTS OF YL

Robust engagement erupted regarding state of readyness in relation with
IEC National dates on voter registrations. it is within our
consciousness to rally all behind the banner of ANC also encouraging
those first time voters to go in numbers and register to vote for ANC in
2014 National Elections.

The RTT resolved to participate per LET Mobilization programme than to
have separate programme and avoid to be confused with some pop corn
organizations. it is this background that we guide our membership to
liase with branch coordinators to fulfill ANC Election call that not
less than 10 party agents in all VD Sation to be present.

Whilst we are commited to program of election we also seek to caution
ANC REC of many ANC deployees who work against ANC objectives and their
character its discouraging since we cant even account on their
ill-conduct which works in advancement of opposition parties and should
not be tolerated at all cost.
