The position of the person I will call the victim - the young married woman subordinate of Zwelinzima Vavi who not only received his sexual attentions but also the abuse of the COSATU web site for his justification and her humiliation, and who never received any apology from the COSATU GS although he apologised to everyone else in the whole world - the position of this person now is a serious trade-union problem. Must she return to work, under the person who undoubtedly abused and harmed her? Or, must she stay at home, which as Kgomotso says is another injustice? If she stays at home will he now say that she is absent without leave, and fire her from the job he enticed her into? So that she loses her income, as well?
