ANC Statement on Delayed Voting The African National Congress is calling on all South Africans who have not yet cast their vote to go to their voting stations and wait patiently until they have the opportunity to vote. We have been assured by the IEC that those who are at the voting station at 21h00 which is the closing time will not be turned back until they have voted. We urge people to be patient and not stray from the voting stations. We want to take this opportunity to thank those who have cast their vote in an act of active patriotism. We want to assure everybody that nobody will be turned away for wearing the ANC T-shirt.
