South African Communist Party, Mpumalanga Province, 10 November 2014 SACP Mpumalanga meets with the Police National Commissioner The South African Communist Party in Mpumalanga will meet with the National Commissioner of Police following the memorandums which were handed on 5 June 2013 and 26 September 2014 to her office, demanding the release of the investigative report on political killings in the province. The investigation was commissioned by the former National Commissioner of Police, General Bheki Cele. We further demanded an official inquest on the killing of Comrades Jimmy Mohlala, Bomber Ntshangase, Juda Tsotetsi, January "Che" Masilela, Moses Marobela, Ephraim Mogale and others. We are concerned that the justice system seems to simply release suspects or strike cases off the court roll with assertions of lack of evidence followed by no further action. South Africa is not a banana republic where, some individuals commit murders willy-nilly without being investigated, arrested, prosecuted and sentenced. Details of the meeting are as follows: .
