The Presidency, Pretoria, Media Statement, 31 January 2015 President Zuma Arrives in Sudan President Jacob Zuma has this evening, 31 January 2015, arrived in Khartoum, in the Republic of Sudan for a working visit aimed at enhancing relations between South Africa and Sudan. The President will tomorrow, 1 February, hold discussions with His Excellency President of Sudan, President Omar Al-Bashir. The two leaders are expected to discuss bilateral cooperation between the two countries as well as socio-economic development and peace and security issues on the Continent. The President is accompanied by Minister of International Relations and Cooperation, Ms Maite Nkoana-Mashabane.
