We honour all who are going to take part in the events and activities that will honour the legacy of international statesman Nelson Mandela. He dedicated his life to the freedom of this country and lived to promote the values of fairness, forgiveness, non-racialism, reconciliation, tolerance, service to others, unity and tolerance. The Mandela Day provides us with an opportunity to reflect on our lives and those around us as we make a contribution to those who are less fortunate. SADTU will hold its national event to commemorate Mandela Day in the North West Province on the 31st of July at Batlhalerwa Primary School in Tweelagte village, Rustenburg.
