"I fully subscribe to what John just said," said Lavrov, adding that Russian President Vladimir Putin expressed solidarity with the French people and Russia's outrage about what happened in Paris. According to Lavrov, there could be no justification for terrorist acts, "which is the position of the Security Council." At least 127 people were killed and more than 100 were injured in a series of explosions and shootings in the French capital, according to media reports.
