SACPblackStar.jpg South African Communist Party Skenjana Roji District, Eastern Cape, 1 March 2016 Press Statement SACP Congratulates Cde Malibongwe Mfazwe The South African Communist Party (SACP) in Skenjana Roji (Buffalo City Region) congratulates Cde Malibongwe Mfazwe, SACP District Executive Committee (DEC) member on his election as the Regional Secretary of South African Democratic Teachers Union (SADTU) Central Region. We would like to also congratulate Cde Nkululeko Mphangalala, SACP DEC Member who is also elected as the Regional Deputy Chairperson of SADTU Central Region. We wish to congratulate and wish him well with his entire leadership collective. Cde Mfazwe as the well-grounded activist will help to steer the progressive teachers' organisation forward. Cde Mfazwe currently serves as the SACP DEC Member, ANC branch Secretary and the Local Secretary of COSATU, this will help the union on engaging on the struggle with an appreciation of concrete material conditions. As the SACP in Skenjana Roji, we commit ourselves to give the entire leadership collective our full support in their work to service the workers. We will continue working with the union and other unions as the vanguard of the working class.
