Constitutional Court ruling on Nkandla security upgrades

The South African Communist Party (SACP) notes the ruling by the
Constitutional Court delivered today in Johannesburg on the matter relating
to compliance with the remedial actions of the Public Protector on the
Nkandla security upgrades. The Political Bureau of the SACP is convening its
ordinary Plenary Session tomorrow, 1 April 2016 and will set in motion the
process within the Party of studying the judgement in detail. The SACP will
therefore comment comprehensively at an appropriate time after it has
completed the work.
