Who will elect the stalwarts to run the conference? 2. Which process of election is going to be used to elect the stalwarts who will run the conference? 3. Who will decide on the process to elect the stalwarts and which structure- BEC, REC, PEC? 4. Is it establishment of Stalwarts team first or resignation of ANC NEC first? I'm asking myself these questions with a hope I can get unbiased process to be followed to get stalwarts to run conference, if it goes that route. In case the elective conference is run as usual, who will be delegates, and will the process in branches to elect delegates be unbiased? I read somewhere that factions are as old as politics.
