CU Ubuntu

Dloze Matooane is a CU stalwart (Google and Whatsapp). He is trying for a
legit Humanities BA. Cde Dloze says (shortened): "I was accepted by UJ this
January. I applied for NSFAS yesterday."

NUJ now says: "We urge you to register before the 20th of January 2017 in
order to secure your place."

"I called UJ and I was advised to pay the registration fee (almost R4000),"
says Cde Dloze.

Cde Dloze must find R4000 in 36 hours or lose his place. What should he do?
I advised him to go down to UJ and doorstep the officials who accepted him,
and the other ones who won't admit him. What do you think he should do?
