I'm not sure that explicit voting would garner enough data to be useful, but
leveraging community input implicitly could work well. The principle of
del.icio.us is that information that people enter into the system for their
old "selfish" purposes can be valuable to the community in the aggregate.
The same could apply to duplicate URLs.
It would be enough to have a feature that says "alias this URL with this
URL". If enough people create the same alias, the system could then make
this evident in the user interface ("people who bookmarked X also aliased
Y").
BTW: Having an option to list all bookmarks from a given domain is also a
great idea. I've wanted this for a while.
