On tag structure I find it's been best for me to tag naturally and then every so often see if I can pair down unneeded tags. Foxylicious is a good way to get a local version of your acct, In use the heirarchy seems to be helpful, bookmarks are repeated but only because of tag structure, This would probably help you find what you were looking for in a quicker fashion, one day you might look in a certain area for a bookmark, another day you might look for it under something else.

The only other extension I would suggest apart from Foxylicious, is the one located at http://delicious.mozdev.org/ This one handles posting to del.icio.us and is very good.

If you're offline, you wouldn't be able to visit the URL in question,
never mind del.icio.us
