I have something I thought this list might find interesting, it's an adserver run by tagging. The site is pretty raw but it does some nice statistical stuff for you on the backend (calculates the maximum bayesian probability an ad will generate a click based on what it has been tagged with). Right now I'm just looking for feedback but it's free and I use it to run ads on my site. You can use the site to create custom ad feeds for your blog. You create an ad, tag it, and then subscribe to the tags on your blog. You can add a referral id to your ad (like from amazon's affiliate program) and then when people click on your ad you get referral points.
