I'm looking for a way to get a list of single-use tags, in order to facilitate a bit of analysis I'd like to do. Actually, I'd ideally like to be able to get my hands on a full list of tags with the number of times each one had been used, because I'm really hoping to look through the less frequently used tags in general. I'm curious as to their quality (or lack of) and usefulness.
Any ideas how to extract that sort of information, or is it plain impossible? I don't want to do anything unnecessarily cpu-heavy, like building a list up from a huge set of queries, for obvious reasons...
