We ran across a bizarre encoding in some bookmarks files while
testing imports. We've been searching the web for some documentation
on it, but "bookmarks", "encodings", and scraps of punctuation are
virtually useless as search terms. Please let us know if you
recognize this encoding or know the name of a program that uses it.
I want to make sure we've caught all the encodings, not just the ones
we've come across in tests. Thanks!
