This sounds very interesting, I would love to have this feature

I did find this service, but it requires Java and I didn't get
results I'd expect ...

It would be great if such a service generated the cloud with CSS-P
and tags were clickable to move that tag to the next center point. It
would be an amazing way to navigating the social Web.
