A delicious post is about a given user's posting of a given url.
He's talking about some other user posting the same url you have
posted in the past.
It'd be neat if we could do somehow magically mark urls you've
bookmarked some additional style through some sort
of browser magic (like visited links, for example)

Of course, it wouldn't make any sense on pages of my results, but

make skipping items on other pages very convenient.
Normally on other pages (/tag/ , /popular/ , /url/ , etc.), the items
you already bookmarked contain an 'edit/delete' link, while the items
you don't have contain a 'copy' link.
So a GM script to rewrite every item with an 'edit/delete' link and
add a little star to its title would probably do the job. Without a
need to call api.
