No, I'm using FireFox 1.5 with cookies turned on and it's connected to the internet.  I can view other people's Deli.cio.us bookmarks and do everything else on the website.  I am logged into my del.icio.us account.  I'm just not seeing anything that I've tagged since Sunday.  I had my wife look from her computer, and the newest stuff I've tagged doesn't show up for her either.
