Regexes (other than /^string.*/) are very hard to scan for
quickly in a btree. Perhaps the thing to do would be to do it client-side in
_javascript_? I dunno.

tag searches?
I'm annoyed at having to rely on my memory of my taging strategies to
remember which tag I used, or annoyed at knowing that I won't be able
to rely on my memory, so I err on the side of using an annoying number
of versions of a concept. Then at retrieval time I end up trying to
recall which words I used that time.
So I find myself thinking, "wouldn't it be nice even just to have
globs!" then I wouldn't have to care about which words I used, if I
get enough of the pattern right.
or maybe you could offer up different URLs for search goals -- exact
tags, orthographicaly similar tags, (problematically defined)
semantically similar tags.
maybe that's better for a client. but there isn't one like that. or is there?
