This has been discussed before and a consensus has quickly been reached that adding META keywords by default is bad. Web authors should not have influence over which tags you will use. But you can always enable it just for yourself with the script provided by Tim. He also suggested that you can pay attention to common tags that are listed if the resource has been tagged before. Over the time, try to create a consistent set of tags common to you so they would be suggested to you first when you tag a popular resource. In other words, don't rely much on META tags because only you can choose tags properly for your bookmarks. Happy bookmarking!
