Hi, Not sure if this helps or not, but a while back I wrote a Greasemonkey user script that turns on the "do not share" checkbox by default for all links posted via the del.icio.us posting interface. This way, you'll have to explicitly say (by unchecking the box) when you want a bookmark public. Otherwise, all new links saved to del.icio.us will be private. You can get it here: http://negatendo.net/projects/greasemonkey/donotshare.user.js Remember, you'll need Firefox, of course, and the Greasemonkey extension for Firefox installed to get it to work. You'll also need to have enabled private saving in your del.icio.us settings. Brett Yahoo!
