Couldn't this be done outside of del.icio.us, using an aggregator like
Planet or Plagger, by simply fetching and aggregating the RSS feeds for
specific tags by specific users?
Not that I think it's a bad idea, mind you, I just don't see that it
needs to be done within del.icio.us.
