I think what I like best about flickr clouds is that the font is nice and easy to read, and they are all lowercase, which makes them easier to read that some caps and some not.
Personally, I'd still like a hierarchy, like regular bookmarks, because sometimes a word you tag with can mean different things depending on what it's paired with. For instance, I use the tag "adult" to refer to adult clothing patterns and adult (not for kids) sites. Bundling sort of does that, but you'd have to bundle "adult" with only one of those choices. It would be nice if you could click on Adult, then choose from Clothing or Over18 or something. Sort of like a drop-down menu for tags, I guess.
