And... just to answer my own questions:  One tweak I've made, which
should make its way to the site in the next week or so, is to disable
the search forms for any bookmarks tagged with shortcut: tags that
don't actually have a "%s" placeholder in the URL.  This way, you
won't see search forms that don't actually replace anything in the URL.
