What's your username? I'm guessing it's "supersteve3d", but I want
to be sure. Also, where's your website? I might be able to
troubleshoot there. And finally, what is the exact thing you're
trying to do - that is, what are the exact URLs you're using for
JSON, RSS, or API?

For example, I just tried this:

http://del.icio.us/feeds/json/supersteve3d/Photography?count=100

When I try that URL, I get 45 posts - which is what supersteve3d/
Photography lists. RSS shows the same number of results for me.
Strange that you get the number 13, since the default count is 15.
When I tested it, I got 15 bookmarks when not supplying a count
parameter.
