Yes, currently /tag searches bookmarks individually. Perhaps you could
use search for this for now?

Subject: [ydn-delicious] combining tags only works if same
person entered tags?
I tried the following URL:
http://del.icio.us/tag/children+cogsci
<http://del.icio.us/tag/children+cogsci>
This returns three results.
None of them is this item:
http://del.icio.us/url/769b86bdbf9d2afcf949bbb8e8bf7afd
<http://del.icio.us/url/769b86bdbf9d2afcf949bbb8e8bf7afd>
which has both tags, but those tags were added by different
users.
Even if I use two tags listed at the top as "common tags" like
http://del.icio.us/tag/aging+babies
<http://del.icio.us/tag/aging+babies>
it doesn't return this item.
Would be good if tags from multiple sources could be combined.
