My department at work just started using BlueDot (www.bluedot.us) for bookmark sharing. Although I hate to use a service other than del.icio.us and their main service doesn't compete, I did find their bookmarklet incredibly impressive.
>From what I can tell, it creates an iframe inside the current page and uses that. Of course this all fails if you have javascript disabled, but its way faster than the existing del.icio.us add bookmarklet. Something to take a look at. Then again, if I determine it's possible, I'll probably try to create this one myself. :) Cheers.
