I have some disturbing experiences with tags in del.icio.us Somehow I lost my tags. Actually they are still there with the items and I still can use them for filtering my items, but all the management features are gone. No tags in the grey box, no renaming, no deleting, no picking for new bookmarks, no exporting.
When adding new bookmarks I can fill in tags, they will show up with the item. When I look into other people's accounts their tags are there. Only combining of tags for filtering does not work when I click (I have to type it into the box at the top of the page). I'm using Firefox with the extension. I uninstalled and reinstalled it. I looked up my account using IE - no tag management. I even set up a new account with del.icio.us. Again no tag management. I used another computer, no tag management for my account. I created a new account at this other PC and there they were back all those tag features. These I can manage now back at my own PC. If I had not seen and edited my tags before I would not belief in their existance. Do you have any idea? My account: schlind
