I can go to, say, http://del.icio.us/teleware/wimax+spectrum, but I can not set up a tag (or bundle) that would give me the "tag1 AND tag2" links. Is there any other way to do AND-searches of tags except writing a URL? Shouldn't a bundle allow it to be used as a tag?
