The location bar completion in firefox is a great timesaver, but it relies on the history which, unlike del.icio.us bookmarks, isn't shared across browsers. del.icio.us bookmarks should definitely be there, because they have already been visited and were deemed important.
What about adding del.icio.us bookmarks to URL completion? Possibly, by keeping them in the history? Bonus points for also handling a tag being typed, and showing the user's related bookmarks. On a related note, this is the topic of these bugs: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=101642 (mozilla) https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=278747 (firefox) And there is an extension adding stuff to URL completion here: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/2300 But the extension will not Just Work with del.icio.us bookmarks, since they are separate from normal bookmarks. -- My English is poor, but my tailor is rich.
