MARKET TODAY Today expect a flat type of opening after a big bang yesterday. SGX NIFTY up only 2 points now. The Hang Seng has slipped in the red after a higher start and the Shanghai market is also in negative territory now. US stocks rallied on Monday, on the back of banks' capital shortfalls may be manageable and housing data fueled hopes the recession is easing. The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose 214.33 points, or 2.61 per cent, to 8,426.74, the Standard & Poor's 500 Index gained 29.72 points, or 3.39 per cent, to 907.24. The Nasdaq Composite Index climbed 44.36 points, or 2.58 per cent, to 1,763.56......
