When a user is subscribed via a task that is marked as invalid, it
should prevent bugmail being sent to the subscribers on that particular
task's target (iow, subscribers through a structural subscription).
See the example of bug 375352. The Soyuz task is marked as invalid as
it was mistakenly added. I am still getting bugmail on this bug that I
am not interested in.
