Hey Henning. I saw https://support.one.ubuntu.com/Ticket/Display.html?id=2691 and wondered if you had any suggestions on how to proceed? I didn't stare at the German long enough to see if you had told him that his most recent action would be sufficient for reinstatement. My suspicion is that it is not--but what else is he supposed to do?
