OK, that auto-generated message is a little cryptic. Over lunch I played with Google docs to create a form that I thought we could use to replace sending email to Gary regarding collaboration.
The form has one drop down where you select your co-conspirator and an optional task description. Your username is recorded as is the timestamp. The data are stored in a Google docs spreadsheet.
