Unfortunately, I do not know whether the minimal LiveCD has the patched parted or not, but if you're looking for a Knoppix-like thing anyway, might as well get the full one. The other LiveCDs for PPC are Ubuntu, LNX-BBC, and two different versions (ports) of Knoppix.
