Wow! That was easy. Fire up Synaptic. Install netatalk (& it turned on the server as well). Go into MOL. Login to the relevant IP address with account+password. Voila. Now I've got to figure out how to enable/disable network services for future reference (since Debian lacks the "Redhat"-network services app ;).
