Actually, Clint. The fellow who wrote the How-to (Mr. Edwards) for IBM inspired me about how far the possibilities could go. Did you catch his inferences regarding security and other engineering concepts? Who knows where the minds of those resident IBM scholars, and engineers go...remember Mandelbrot did his work on fractals while at IBM or how about the work on the Josephson junction discussing the resistance (friction) which electrons encounter along circuits? Yes, a little excitement regarding good science and insightful engineering is worth kudos, no?

And one more thing, you left out the first word of Norberto's message which represented his own understanding and insight as to how really phenomenal and wonderful this kind of collaboration, and the potential it (this collaboration) can mean and become. The word which said it all, which you left out was:

Suh-Weeet!!!

Got it???

I agree with Norberto. This type of collaboration is just

Star Trek style tricorder or an Andromeda style laser

Wow! You read all that into Norberto's post! Gosh, I am really missing out on the subtext in these posts. :-)

Best wishes,
Clint
