If you have access to another machine with a high-speed link to the web,
download the 4.0.1 ISO's and burn a set of CD's.  If that is not an
option, purchase a set from YDL to support our favorite linuxPPC
provider.

Using the disks, you can create a local YUM repository and upgrade from
there.
