Hello, I'm not sure if yellowdog 4.0 comes with "tmpfs", but as far as "ifconfig", Make sure you are root. I would mangier "ifconfig" would have to be included in the yellowdog install because its basic UNIX utilities, Try "whereis ifconfig" as root. The path to "ifconfig" should be /sbin/ifconfig
