It's clearly something in the 26July upgrades. I have a second disk, with a "clean" YDL-4.0.1 system installed. I performed the updates through 13April and then the updates through 26July. After performing the 26July updates and rebooting, evol-1.4.6 started acting up.
One of three things would happen when running Send / Receive within evo: * worked without a problem * crashed * popped up a dialog informing me that a bad, self-signed certificate had been offered. I am guessing that the crashes have something to do with the "bad certificate". I also experienced crashes during evo setup when querying the remote server for supported authentication type. So what changed that might effect evo??? * glibc * gtk2 Thoughts??? -Joseph ========================================================================= On Thu, 2005-08-04 at 13:02 -0700, Owen Stampflee wrote: > Weird, I havent experienced either problem. > > Evolution <= version 1.4 was always a bit buggy, hopefully the stuff in > YDL 4.1 works alot nicer. > > _______________________________________________ > yellowdog-general mailing list > [email protected] > http://lists.terrasoftsolutions.com/mailman/listinfo/yellowdog-general > HINT: to Google archives, try '<keywords> site:terrasoftsolutions.com' -- joseph_sacco [at] comcast [dot] net _______________________________________________ yellowdog-general mailing list [email protected] http://lists.terrasoftsolutions.com/mailman/listinfo/yellowdog-general HINT: to Google archives, try '<keywords> site:terrasoftsolutions.com'
