Within all versions YDL between 1 and 4.1  you could use:

#fdisk

or

#pdisk

I believe from YDL 3 and 4 forward the program known as parted became 
available:

#parted

Before using either I recommend researching their usage with man or 
info, as in:

#man parted

or

#info fdisk

and so on.  Remember also to refer to online resources such as Red Hat's 
online database reference system or download Red Hat's manuals, etc.
